Terraquia City is an example of a blend between nature and urbanity in perfect harmony. We designed, in close collaboration with the client, a unique 14hectare mixed developmentplanned to minimize environmental degradation and enhance aesthetic and recreational appeal. The master plan includes green infrastructure, safe areas for cyclists and pedestrians, and a 32,000 m2 natural park for recreational, sports, cultural, and spiritual facilities.
