San Andrés 33

The Project is set out in a privileged corner of the Malasaña neighborhood in Madrid, in a building with a façade and staircase with an important historical-artistic value, highly representative of the architecture and urban planning og the late 19th century in Madrid. The objective of the property was to rehabilitate the building and improve its common areas, adapting it to current needs.

The project proposes specific actions that seek to consolidate the building and provide it with better accessibility, through the installations of a new glass elevator in the staircase and the transformation of the access portal. In addition, all the general installations are modified and renovated, the facades and roof are rehabilitated and restored, always preserving the original character of the building.
