In an unbeatable context, located in the City if Salamanca which, after Bologna and Oxford, contains the oldest university in Europe, we face a complex challenge, transforming a building under construction initially conceived as a block of flats into a modern residence from students.
Taking advantage of the existing structure of the building, we managed to project a residence with an international essence, equipped with the best services, there the building is conceived as a sequence of spaces that invite students to share, interact, concentrate or rest, in a natural and diverse way. A comfortable environment.
In this way, we managed to make a building that had died before it was born come to life, standing out from its surroundings and claiming the proper and characteristic use of this university city par excellence.
