Reframing the housing concept.

The division of an old home has allowed us to produce 5 new homes.  We reframed the housing concept based on a thorough assessment of the area, proposing open spaces enabling to enjoy stunning views to Gran Vía street from any corner of the property.  A game of textures and mirrors covering the units as a second skin, filling them with light, providing them with warmth and bolstering spaces.
